With 20+ years of experience in the public relations sector, I specialise in providing insightful leadership for PR agencies and in-house communications teams. My background includes significant roles both in-house and agency-side, allowing me to understand the unique challenges faced by communications teams in this fast moving industry.

Former MD of WE UK & EMEA, Head of Brand PR for Diageo Western Europe and MD of Cirkle. I've led some of the fastest growing agencies in the UK, won numerous awards including PRCA Agency Head of the Year, awarded PRCA Fellow and a Cannes Lions Jury member. Industry commentator, regular judge and WIPR committee member.

I know first hand the power of support and partnerships when you are in a leadership role. It can be daunting at the top and it's OK to need advice, counsel and direction. Running a team is fast paced and challenging at times and this is where I come in - with experience of leading and growing profitable, award winning teams and businesses, I will support you and your leadership team on your strategic challenges and next stage of growth.
